SPARQ is a few things. First, SPARQ is an acronym that stands for Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction and Quickness – the five key elements of athleticism. SPARQ is also an Athletic Training Company based in Portland, Oregon. SPARQ has certified the nation’s top professionals based on the educational background, training experience and client references.

SPARQ provides athletes across all sports and at all levels training targeted to help them improve in each of the five key elements of athleticism. Additionally, SPARQ provides tools; testing protocols and ratings – to help athletes assess and improve their athleticism and monitor their improvement from year to year.

Youth Fit Program

Ages 6-8
Fun, fitness, and friendship…that’s the TEAMS Summer Fit camp experience. Through games and activities, young athletes learn the importance of good health and fitness while also making new friends. Activities include team building and recreational games, and much more.

TEAMS YouthFit Program is designed to improve fundamental athletic skills, coordination, flexibility, strength and self-esteem for young athletes, ages 6-8.

Science has proven that ages 5 to 10 are the most critical years in a child’s life for motor skill development. TEAMS approach in our Youth Fit Program utilizes the most up to date research in a fun and friendly environment to build your young athlete’s physical foundation, improve coordination and self-esteem through our signature speed and strength training methods.

Next Level

Ages 9-12
TEAMS Next Level Training Program is the component needed to take your game above your competition.The Next Level Training Program is designed to help elevate each individuals game, both physically and mentally, through age-appropriate and goal driven workouts to improve speed, agility, flexibility, strength, explosiveness, core strength, and much much more. Elite Development Program

Ages-13+

Designed for the serious high school-age athlete, who is looking to pursue performance excellence in a positive workout environment with highly certified staff.ropes

This unique sports-performance program focused on providing the finest methods in speed and movement training to maximize:

Speed/Strength – Quickness/Acceleration – Stamina/Recovery – Power/Balance – Flexibility/Core Stability

The program goal is not simply to run faster, but to play faster. Playing fast consist of running fast, reacting fast, and recovering fast. The goal of playing fast is met by three objectives:

Improved Speed – Improved Agility – Improved Conditioning

Along with improving your athletes’ speed and agility, this program is designed to improve overall performance on the field. Improving core strength and explosiveness through ground-base exercises and sports-specific movements.

TEAMS Adult Interval Training Programs:

You don’t have to be an elite athlete to benefit from our Sports Training! Designed for adults, TEAMS Adult Interval Training Programs provide men and women an opportunity to experience the same TEAMS training philosophy, environment and training programs as our scholastic, collegiate and pro athletes.

We realize your fitness goals have likely changed since youth. While you may still have goals of improving speed, strength and agility, we realize your priorities most likely have expanded to include overall fitness and general health.

TEAMS’ Adult Interval Training Programs are a FUN, unique way for you to look and feel better.
